Hi, I’m Danny Pippin…

The proud father of 5 furry children…3 dogs and 2 cats. My wife, Lindsey Pippin, is a super cool Make-Up Artist & Hair Stylist and we live in Nashville, Tn. I prefer chocolate milk over coffee, obsessed with all things Denim & Americana, a Personal Growth “junkie” and I’m pretty sure I keep Regal Cinemas in business.

In 2001, I sat in a packed arena and heard Zig Ziglar say“You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want” and it felt as though he was speaking directly to me. Since that day, I’ve dedicated myself to personal and professional growth and development. As John Maxwell says “You cannot give what you do not have.”

Over the past 18 years, I’ve networked, recruited, hired, trained and developed 70+ teams across the country between my Telcom & Corporate Retail career. I’ve always had a love and affinity for retail, creating the most enjoyable customer experience possible, and building high performing teams.

In 2014, I joined the largest training and development organization in the world - The John Maxwell Team. As a Licensed and Certified Professional Speaker, Executive Coach, and Leadership Trainer I’ve been personally trained and mentored by New York Times Best-Selling Author and #1 Leadership Expert in the world Dr. John C. Maxwell; AND #1 Coaching Guru in the world Paul Martinelli. Thanks to the John Maxwell Team I’ve had the opportunity to learn directly from: Dr. Ivan Misner, Mike Kim, Dr. Paul Sheele, Nic Vuijic, Dr. Robert Caildini, Les Brown, Dr. Robert Rohm and Dr. Bruce Lipton. To trained and certified by Sandy Kulkin as a DISC Behavioral Analysis Trainer & Consultant. To be trained, mentored, and Certified in Straight Line Sales by “The Wolf of Wall Street” himself; Jordan Belfort. As they say “You are the average of the people you surround yourself with.”

Career to Entrepreneur

In 2016, I founded Pippin Leadership Services, a Nashville-based Consulting Firm, because I was frustrated with the lack of empathy and value organizations place on their most precious asset - Their People! I saw an opportunity to help Career Professionals, Entrepreneurs, and Small Business Owners create non-dependent high performing cultures built on mutual respect, transparent communication, and self-leadership. It breaks my heart to see over 85% of people dislike their jobs. Overworked, stressed out, working for a terrible boss, not making the income they want, with no hope for the future. It doesn’t have to be that way…I wanted to help.

In 2017, I became business partners with The John Maxwell Team as an Executive Director (Consulting Division) utilizing The Maxwell Method of Coaching, Disc, Leadership, Sales, and Speaking. In 2018, I became business partners with Paul Martinelli and Roddy Galbraith as an Empowerment Mentoring Teaching Partner.

My purpose is to add value by teaching success principles of achievement and human potential; helping you reach your full potential through Transformational Coaching.
